In Miami, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Florida on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

⭐ 1/5 β€” Terrible experience at Rey Pizza on Flagler. First of all, the heat inside this place is absolutely unbearable. I honestly don’t understand how they can have customers dining in under those conditions. It was extremely uncomfortable. But the worst part was the service. We sat at the table for over 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us. There were four women working and only three occupied tables, yet not one of them came over to greet us, take our order, or even ask if we wanted a glass of water. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, so there was absolutely no excuse for that level of poor service and lack of attention. You go to a restaurant to enjoy your meal, not to sit in unbearable heat while being completely ignored by the staff. Extremely disappointing experience and terrible customer service. Definitely not what I expected.

Some of the best pizza ever and the shakes paired well with them

Great location, good price, pizza is average or below, it was undercooked, runny, and plastic consistency. The waiter spoke no English at all, which is understanding, given the location, but all the effort this customer made, speaking all the broken Spanish, using Google translate, no effort to even meet the simplest need. All the effort was wasted to to find out if they can add a simple question to have two different toppings to one simple, we settled for cheeses pizza. Coffee was good but not warm, Again, customer service is half of the experience.

Great service from start to finish! The mango drink was absolutely to die for β€” you can taste that it’s made with real mangoes, fresh and full of flavor. The Cuban sandwich was excellent β€” tasty, fresh, and perfectly made. We also tried the Meat Lovers pizza, and it was perfect β€” hot, fresh, and even the crust was delicious. You can tell everything was made with care and quality ingredients. Definitely one of the best casual dining spots around β€” I’ll be coming back soon!

The food and atmosphere was good like I’ve always remembered. But unfortunately the waitresses service was not she even gave me. The bill when I was still eating this has never happened before in that location. But she definitely needs to improve her customer service.
